These are the terms you agree to when you use this website or buy ReplaGrowth. Please read them before you buy.
1. Who we are
ReplaGrowth is a product of Tradiant LLC, a company registered in Georgia. Contact: hello@replagrowth.com.
2. What we sell
We sell a licence to use ReplaGrowth, an article and social-posting system you install on your own server, together with its complete source code. You are buying a permanent right to use and modify your copy. You are not buying the copyright, and you are not buying a hosted service — we do not run anything on your behalf unless you separately buy managed hosting or installation from us.
3. Buying and payment
Tradiant LLC is the seller and appears as such on your receipt. Checkout runs on our own ReplaPay installation.
You may pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay — processed by Stripe — or in cryptocurrency. Prices are shown in US dollars and are exclusive of any tax that may be due in your country; where we are obliged to charge VAT or sales tax, it is shown before you pay.
After payment you receive a download and a licence key on your order page, and by email.
4. What your licence lets you do
There are two licences. The one you bought is named on your invoice.
Single Company Licence. Install and run ReplaGrowth on any number of servers owned or rented by your own company, for your own company’s websites. Change the code however you wish for your own use.
Agency Licence. Everything above, and in addition you may install and run ReplaGrowth for your clients’ websites, renamed as your own service, and charge them what you like for it.
Your licence does not expire. You may keep using your copy even if we stop trading.
5. What your licence does not let you do
- Sell, give away, publish or share the source code we wrote — as a product, a template, a starter kit or a repository, whether changed or not.
- Offer ReplaGrowth itself to the general public as a competing sign-up service. Running it for your own named clients is allowed under the Agency Licence; opening it to the public is not.
- Remove or hide the third-party notices file or the licence notices in the code.
- Share your download link or licence key outside your company.
If you want to do something this section forbids, ask us. We are reasonable.
6. Open-source parts
ReplaGrowth is built on open-source software, which stays under its own licences. These are listed in the third-party notices file supplied with the product. Section 5 binds the parts we wrote; it cannot take away any right an open-source licence already gives you over the open-source parts.
7. Accounts you connect are yours
ReplaGrowth works through services you hold in your own name — an AI provider such as OpenRouter, an image service such as KIE, Deepgram, DataForSEO, Postiz, your WordPress sites and your social media accounts. You contract with those providers, you pay them, you accept their terms, and you are responsible for meeting their rules, including the posting rules of each social network and forum. We have no control over those services and are not liable if one changes its prices, limits or withdraws what it offers.
8. What it writes for you
The articles, pictures, videos and posts ReplaGrowth makes are yours, as far as the terms of the AI services you use allow. They are written by AI models, which can be wrong. You are responsible for what you publish — checking facts, prices and claims, and making sure it is lawful where you publish it. That is why articles wait as drafts unless you switch automatic publishing on.
We do not promise any search ranking, traffic or sales. How a page ranks depends on search engines we do not control.
9. Your data
Everything you put into ReplaGrowth is yours — your websites, keywords, articles, settings and branding. ReplaGrowth runs on your server and none of it is sent to us. See our Privacy Policy for what we hold about you as a customer.
10. Support and updates
30 days of setup support is included from the day you buy. After that, support is available at our published rate or through a support plan.
12 months of updates are included. After that, updates are available through an optional renewal, currently $49 a year. Your licence does not stop working if you do not renew — you simply stay on the version you have.
Support covers ReplaGrowth as we supply it. It does not cover changes you have made to the code, your server, your hosting provider, your domain names, or services you have connected to it.
11. Refunds
Because you receive the complete source code the moment you buy, sales are final once the files have been downloaded.
If you have not downloaded the files, you may cancel within 14 days for a full refund. Write to hello@replagrowth.com. A refund of a cryptocurrency payment is made in the same coin, at the value received, less network fees. Managed hosting can be cancelled at any time and stops at the end of the month already paid.
If you are buying as a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day right to change your mind about digital content. You lose that right once the download begins, provided you agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the right at checkout. Nothing in these terms removes any right the law gives you.
12. Using this website and the demo
Please do not attempt to break into this website or the live demo, disrupt them, or use them to send anyone anything unlawful. The text, images and branding on them belong to us. The demo shows two of our own websites and the articles ReplaGrowth wrote for them.
13. No warranty
ReplaGrowth is provided “as is”. We have tested it and we use it ourselves, but we cannot promise it will be free of faults or that it will suit a particular purpose of yours. You are responsible for your own server, your own backups, and for checking what it writes before you rely on it.
14. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising out of this agreement is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, lost business, lost rankings, charges from services you connected, or any indirect loss.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
15. Ending the licence
Your licence ends if you break section 5 and do not put it right within 30 days of us telling you about it. If that happens you must stop using ReplaGrowth and delete your copies. We will not end your licence for any other reason.
16. Which law applies
This agreement is governed by the law of Georgia, and the courts of Georgia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the law of the country you live in.
17. The whole agreement
These terms, together with your invoice, are the whole agreement between us. If any part is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may change these terms for future sales; the version you bought under is the version that applies to you.
